Evolving — A Journey into Awareness of Possibilities: With Access Bars
An essay on how Access Bars and Access Consciousness tools help us leave judgements and memorised outcomes behind, and reach inner knowing by asking questions.

“There are two things that will change everything in your life: Access Bars and choice.”
Gary M. Douglas
Access Consciousness means access to consciousness. The points of view we hold in every moment we live, the judgements, every kind of information we have bought knowingly or unknowingly, and the outcomes we have memorised without noticing all affect our entire life and determine the future we choose. It contains tools and questions for creating the life we desire and for changing, by a different method, everything we have wanted to change in our lives but have not been able to change until now. It empowers us so that we know what we know, and it is a personal development approach that includes methods for being completely aware and for being the conscious being we truly are.
Access Bars is a different point of view on life.
With the tools and questions of Access Consciousness we can bring consciousness and oneness into our lives, and reach awareness from a space without judgement. If you could look at everything as a point of view that is judgement-free and interesting, what contribution would that make to your life? Have you imagined it?
“When you are willing to follow what you know and to ask questions, that may be the one thing that unlocks your whole world. Are you ready for that?”
Dr. Dain Heer
It is possible to change your life and to ease your journey simply by asking questions and following the energy of the question. How? I will tell you now. What we are essentially doing is changing our point of view through questions, and receiving what we live as it is — recognising that there is nothing wrong in it. And we do this by following the energy. I can almost hear you asking what it means to follow the energy. We listen to our intuition by putting the mind aside. The mind always moves and decides from the thoughts it has bought or learned. Our intuition, or inner knowing, moves from a space without judgement and from infinite possibilities. That is why we ask the question and listen to our inner voice. Our inner voice gives us the answer. Sometimes we notice it in the body, sometimes we hear it in the mind. For example, when you go shopping and, before buying a shirt, you ask “TRUE, does buying this shirt contribute to my sustainable future?” and wait for the answer, most of the time you do not buy it. Because you do not need it anyway.
What matters here is to ask the question and NOT to ANSWER it. When you give the answer, consciousness is in charge. To follow the energy we need to bring our inner knowing online, which means listening to our intuition. In this way we learn both to ask questions and to listen to our inner knowing.
As a last word I say, “All of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory.” In my next piece I will talk about the tools of Access Consciousness. If you have questions or comments, I would be happy if you share them.
With love,
